WAREHOUSE INFRASTRUCTURE

• HPCSL has state of the art warehouses , 2 tier structure with maintenance and quality as per global warehousing standards
• The warehouses are also equipped with state of art latest fire safety measures by deploying “auto water sprinkling system” with fire alarms  in case of untoward fire hazards
• 1,00,000 Sq Ft Public Bonded Warehouse inside Customs Bonded Area
• Proposed another 1,00,000 Sq Ft Public Bonded Warehouse , which is under construction
• It offers flexible storage periods space well illuminated with floodlights and equipped with CCTV cameras to monitor receipts and dispatches under supervision of Customs
• 1, 00,000 Sq Ft Bonded Exim Warehouse , where temporary storage , carting of Export Cargo and Import Cargo is stored / stuffed in Customs Bonded Area
• 1,00,000 Sq Ft of Debonded /Domestic Warehousing is provided for clients for longer cargo storage at nominal rates . Here the cargo can be reworked /palletised under our qualified skilled warehouse staff
• Seperate space provided for storage of Hazardous Cargo namely Chemicals for which seperate labour is equipped with precautionary apparatus
• All the warehouse operations are monitored continously under CCTV surveillance systems .
• HPCSL also offers space for Cargo Palletisation. Seggregation , Cargo reworking etc
• HPCSL also allows external agency or through empanneled agencies for the additional services of palletisation , fumigation , cargo securing services
• All warehouses are regularly checked and fumigated and schedule maintenance is done
• Open area space of apprx 50,000 Sq Ft provided to store Over Dimensional Cargo in Customs Bonded area .
• Bar Coding and Bar Scanner are provided to track the receipt and despatch details of domestic cargo namely Newsprint and Air Conditioners
• Warehouse staff is well trained working in 12 hours shift for supervision of receipts and despatches
